Contract: 13 weeks with a possible extension, depending on need Location: Beaver Dam, WI 53916 Shift: 36HPW, 12hr Nights 1830-0700 Bed Side Shift Reporting (BSSR), utilization of AIDET, and hourly rounding are required for this unit and all RN units.
