Job Description Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Hospice for a travel nursing job in Green bay, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Hospice - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 06/29/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days, nights, rotating - Employment Type: Travel Schedule: - A mix of PM (evening) and NOC (overnight) shifts (No additional on-call/holiday requirements, one weekend every two months) - Coverage across four territories (travel required, mileage compensated) Key Responsibilities: - Provide in-home hospice visits during evening and overnight hours - Triage patient needs and respond to urgent situations with calm, clinical expertise - Deliver compassionate care and emotional support to patients and families - Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members - Maintain accurate and timely documentation Ideal Candidate: - Previous hospice experience strongly preferred, EPIC Remote Client a bonus - Skilled in triage and crisis response - Self-motivated and comfortable working independently - Passionate about driving and serving patients across a wide rural geography Must Have/na clinical hospice RN/n/nShift/nRotating (See Notes) (40) Either 4p-12a or 12a-8a depending on need, will keep consistency between weeks About Talent4Health A leader and innovator, offering comprehensive talent solutions for the healthcare industry across the nation.
