The Opportunity:Under the supervision of a facility Licensed Nurse, the Certified Nursing Assistant provides quality nursing care to residents; reports pertinent information to immediate supervisor; responds to inquiries and requests for information; assists with tasks to support department operations; and maintains a safe and clean environment.We have full-time and part-time shifts available at our Pine Crest Nursing Home in Merrill, WI. We have amazing employees who provide exceptional care and want to add to our team.What Youll Do:Provide quality nursing care to residents in an environment that promotes their rights, dignity, freedom of choice, and individuality.Attends to the individual needs of residents, which may include assistance with grooming, hygiene, feeding, transfer, ambulation, range of motion, communicating or other needs in keeping with the individuals' care requirements.Fully understands and respects all residents' rights.Encourages a safe, homelike environment for residents.Promotes Person Centered Care in all interactions with patients and clients.What You Bring:Current Certified Nursing Assistant certificate with the Wisconsin Nurse Aide RegistryKnowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards along with federal, state and local codes pertinent to role based on job title.Respectful and helpful demeanor in all interactions with patients and staffReliable attendance.Willingness to adapt to changing surroundingsDetailed written and oral communication.What Youll Get:We have full-time and part-time shifts available at our Pine Crest Nursing Home in Merrill, WI.
