Then here is a GREAT FULL AND PART-TIME opportunity 1st -shift/2nd shift some WEEKENDS in Sheboygan providing supportive independent living skill assistance -for individuals working to establish and/or manage their -mental health and/or substance use disorders. Support individuals in maintaining their independence through community based medication monitoring and daily living skill development. Salary range $16-18, comprehensive benefits package available. Qualifications: - High school diploma. - Experience in adult care, mental health or -alcohol and drug abuse services preferred - - Valid Driver's License and eligibility to be covered by Elevate -insurance coverage required to drive Elevate vehicles - Caring and person-centered approach Elevate leads the way to healthy communities.
