**Homecare Registered Nurse Opportunity**

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes. As a Homecare Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to build trusted relationships with patients and their families, while also enjoying a flexible schedule and opportunities for career growth.

**Job Responsibilities**

* Provide high-quality clinical services to patients in their homes, in accordance with the plan of care and infection control standards
* Conduct clinical nursing assessments to ensure patient eligibility and medical necessity for services
* Develop and revise individualized plans of care and service plans with other community providers
* Ensure plan of care frequency and duration meets the needs of the patient and initiates plan of care revisions as needed with physician approval

**Requirements**

* Current RN licensure in state of practice
* Current driver's license and vehicle insurance
* Current CPR certification
* A minimum of one year experience as an RN preferred
