Infinity HealthCare/Envision Physician Services is seeking full-time Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our team in Sheboygan, WI. Physician Requirements: ABEM or AOBEM; must be ATLS certified St. Nicholas Hospital is a full service, non-teaching community hospital that is affiliated with the Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS). They have been serving the Sheboygan community for over a century. The Emergency Department at St. Nicholas Hospital is a beautiful, state of the art facility. Surgical back-up is extensive and willingly available (general, vascular, orthopedics, plastics, ENT, and oral surgery). The ED has state-of-the-art equipment with a new Glide-scope and rapid infuser. St. Nicholas Hospital's ED consistently receives scores in the 95th percentile from patients and family members' satisfaction surveys. Emergency Department:

• 14,000 Annual Volume (high acuity)
• Level III Trauma Center
• 185 in-patient beds
• Physician coverage: 8-hour shifts (7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a)
• APP coverage: 10a-9:30p weekends and holidays only
• EMR: EPIC
• EMS Medical Direction
