In addition, to assisting with activities of daily living, you will be a vital guide for patients and their family members on their hospice journey.What we offer:

  • Passion for hospice care and the ability to build connections with both patients and their family members
  • The ability to work efficiently with little direct supervision.
  • You are dedicated to helping St. Croix Hospice raise the standard of quality care provided
  • A valid driver's license and an insured automobile that is in good working order.
  • Completed your CNA training and passed your exam.
