• Managing the overall operations of the restaurant, including staffing and training

• Achieving performance targets on financial and operational measuresThe role typically involves 10-hour shifts, mostly standing. Physical requirements include pushing, pulling, stretching, reaching, bending, and the ability to lift 25 to 40 pounds. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with employees, supervisors, guests, and vendors. You should be able to complete manual and computer-based record-keeping accurately.
