If so, the John Michael Kohler Arts Center (JMKAC), an established nonprofit, located in Sheboygan, WI, has an opportunity that may be just right for you! We are looking for a full-time CRM Specialist who will maintainthe Arts Center's core databases such as the CRM and the Point of Sale (POS) systems to create positive visitor experiences and streamline JMKAC operations. Duties include entering customer information; creating data structures to track visitor and member engagements; compiling and sorting information; processing source documents; reviewing data for consistency and integrity; and assisting staff who utilize the databases. The successful candidate will help with the migration of our current CRM to a new system. This role works with the Resource Center team to manage data integrity, run relevant reports, and troubleshoot data issues. To ensure that all data processes created for front-line staff are effective and that guidelines for data integrity are maintained, the position will engage visitors directly and work in a front-line role for 4-10 hours every week.Through this engagement at the welcome desk, SHOP, and occasionally CAFE, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to better understand the various areas of the Arts Center's work and identify more user-friendly and visitor-focused data processes. This position reports to the Database Architect.

Enter and update customer database informationWork 4-10 hours each week at the front desk, in the SHOP, and in the CAFE assisting patrons by providing event details, selling tickets, merchandising, and processing related transactions Prepare, verify, compile, and sort documents for data entry and report unusual findings to department manager Respond to inquiries and generate reports Collaborate with department manager to identify process improvement opportunities and train and assist coworkers who utilize the databasesPerform other related duties as assignedExperience/Requirements
Two-year degree in a related field or commensurate work experience 1+ years working with data entry and database managementExceptional knowledge of office computer systems and softwareProblem-solving and critical-thinking skillsDetail oriented with strong organizational skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAdept at queries, writing reports and preparing presentationsTeam-working skillsAbility to handle confidential and sensitive informationLift and/or move up to 15 poundsWe offer a full benefit package, career growth and a creative work environment.Equal Opportunity Employer
