Job Description Job Description Job Title: Assembler Job Description Join our dynamic team as an Assembler, where you will play an integral role in assembling small to mid-sized snow blowers and lawnmowers. In this fast-paced environment, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and meet production deadlines, working alongside a supportive team. The role includes a three-day orientation for training, with a focus on on-the-job learning. 1st shift hours Monday-Thursday with optional overtime on Fridays! $20/hour starting out with long term room for growth! Responsibilities Gather and inspect parts such as frames, gearboxes, handles, augers, wheels, and engine mounts. Use hand tools, power tools, and torque equipment to assemble components like auger housings for snow blowers, deck assemblies for lawn mowers, and handlebar control systems. Verify alignment, torque specifications, and fit to ensure compliance with standards. Follow standard work instructions and maintain accurate records of completed assemblies. Wear PPE and adhere to safety protocols during assembly and equipment operation. Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to meet production targets. Essential Skills Experience with hand and power tools is preferred, but not required. Ability to stand and/or walk for 8–10 hours continuously. Manual dexterity for positioning parts and performing fine manipulations. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs frequently. Additional Skills & Qualifications Prior assembly or blueprint experience is preferred, but not required. Experience with shop classes, woodworking, assembling furniture, or DIY projects is beneficial. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without becoming overly stressed. Why Work Here?
