Client Details We are currently partnered up with a large Global
Industrial Manufacturing Company in their search to add a Safety
Manager to the team due to growth. This role will report up into
the Director based out of the UK and will work cross functionally
with EHS Site leaders while traveling 60-75% of the time for the
first few years. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of
experience within a global safety role and has experience
implementing EHS policies and procedures. If interested, please

Regional Safety Manager - Industrial Manufacturing will be
responsible for the following: Develop and implement a global
safety management strategy aligned with corporate goals. Establish
standard safety operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing sites
worldwide. Ensure all sites are compliant with local, regional, and
international safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001). Conduct
global risk assessments and audits; lead corrective and preventive
actions (CAPA). Lead initiatives in hazard identification, risk
mitigation, ergonomics, machine guarding, lockout/tagout, and
confined space entry. Drive near-miss reporting, incident
investigation, and root cause analysis with site teams. Develop and
oversee global safety training programs, including onboarding and
refresher courses. Promote a proactive safety culture by engaging
with employees at all levels. Develop and track key safety
performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics across all sites. Prepare
regular reports for executive leadership and board review. Support
and mentor regional/site safety managers. Foster collaboration
between EHS, HR, Engineering, and Operations. Standardize global
emergency response and crisis management plans Profile The ideal
Regional Safety Manager - Industrial Manufacturing will have the
following qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health
& Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
(Master's preferred) Minimum 5 years of progressive safety
experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Minimum 5
years in a regional or global safety leadership role Strong
knowledge of international EHS standards and regulatory frameworks
CSP, CIH, or NEBOSH certification (preferred) Strong soft skills,
especially in communication and assertiveness Able to set
boundaries and lead safety culture initiatives effectively.
Director-level potential is ideal for long-term growth. Must be
comfortable working in a collaborative, post-incident response team
culture. Job Offer The successful Regional Safety Manager -
Industrial Manufacturing will be rewarded with the following: Base
Salary of $100,000-$140,000 depending on experience 10% Bonus 401K
