Oversee all project phases from study to start-up. Create systems analysis, conceptual designs, layouts, and detailed design packages. Select and integrate mechanical/process equipment like roll handling, slitters, and rewinders. Participate in quality assurance processes and support proposal development. Interface with clients and vendors, and conduct field investigations. Ideal Candidate Profile: Mechanical Engineer with 10 years of experience. 7 years in paper converting and packaging systems projects. Expert knowledge of the pulp and paper manufacturing process. Proficient in AutoCAD, Navisworks, and/or ReCap. Excellent communication skills. Experience with project scheduling and TOPs or equivalent software. Willingness to travel as needed.
