Vacation/PTO Flexible Hours Medical Dental Vision 401k with Company match Profit Share Job Details Your role as a field service tech involves checking machinery before shipping, inspecting finished machinery, and helping with sales. As a Field Service Representative, you'll also travel to different customer locations to install equipment and fix issues. You'll provide technical support over the phone 24/7 when you're not traveling, and keep records of customer interactions. You might also help with equipment at trade shows. An Associate degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology, or similar experience/training in engineering or technical service. Being able to think creatively under pressure, manage lots of information, and adapt to changing priorities. Being ready to travel a lot and stay for a while at different places.
