In-Plant Ink Technician Our client, a well-established business specializing in ink manufacturing, is has a need for an In-Plant – Ink Technician. This position is located at the customer’s facility. You will be the main point of contact for the customer. You will also need to work closely and support the entire Technical Team. Location: Fond Du Lac county, WI. Pay rate: $30.00 Per hour. Some overtime may be required. 8-hour day shift (Monday – Friday) Responsibilities include: Continue to develop and maintain supplier-customer relationship. Responsible for material handling, batch-weighing, and blending/mixing duties Develop SOP, training program and auditing process for sustainability. Operate laboratory equipment, testing equipment, ink dispensers, computers, etc., and maintain proper instrument calibration Identify ink chemistries for specific system needs Act as a help chain in support of ink technicians Attend standing and/or requested Customer meetings as required. Comply with all company and client customer safety, waste, and chemical/hazardous materials handling practices Requirements of the position: Flexographic Ink Experience High school degree or equivalent Effectively communicate verbally and in writing. Minimal travel required ( Proficient in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) Preferred Skills & Experience College or Technical training Forklift Certified HazMat Certified Shipping and Receiving experience. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
