Engineering Technician II, Electronics

Work Mode: Onsite

Opportunity


Conduct electronics and electro-mechanical fabrication and testing for a variety of subassemblies & systems for present and future plumbing products.

Specific Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on electrical parameter measurements for new and existing electronic designs.
• Build & test prototype circuit boards.
• Troubleshoot PCB's to component failure level.
• Implement and monitor qualification and verification tests.
• Support code compliance testing to UL, CSA, FCC, and CE specification requirements.
• Document design & test results in a clear, concise manner.
• Use speaking and writing skills to effectively convey information.
• Actively communicate to peers, team members, engineers, and laboratory management on a routine basis.
• Identify possible risks and seek guidance from senior technicians or laboratory management.
• Anticipate needs and take appropriate action to meet request timelines.
  Skills/Requirements
  • Two-year electrical/electronics engineering related associate degree required and 0-1 year electronics engineering related work experience.
  • OR high school graduate and +3 years of electronics engineering related work experience
    
    
    The hourly range for this position is $23.70 - $29.65. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
