Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.
Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be
considered. A full-time Special Education Teacher position is
available to support students in grades K-5 within an elementary
school setting. This role involves working with a manageable
caseload of 12 students, providing targeted instruction and support
to meet their individual educational needs. The position requires
flexibility to split the workday between two elementary schools,
with mornings spent at one building and afternoons at the other.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver specialized instruction to students
in grades K-5 with diverse learning needs Develop and implement
Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with
educational teams Monitor student progress and adjust teaching
strategies accordingly Work closely with general education teachers
and support staff to promote inclusive classroom environments
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding
student development and goals Qualifications: Valid teaching
certification in Special Education Experience working with
elementary-aged students, preferably K-5 Strong knowledge of
special education laws, instructional strategies, and assessment
tools Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to
manage a caseload of 12 students and collaborate across two school
sites Location: Neenah, WI Schedule: Full-time, 7.5 hours per day;
mornings at one elementary school and afternoons at another
