Customer Service is the heartbeat of Uline, and we are looking for
a dynamic leader for our Workforce Management Scheduling team.
Guide and support the WFM scheduling team, ensuring goals for
legendary customer service are met to support our growing North
American company! Better together! This position is on-site, and we
are looking for people who share our passion. Position
Responsibilities Manage a team of Customer Service WFM scheduling
associates, encouraging productivity and accuracy. Become a policy
and process expert to train associates. Recommend efficiencies and
productivity improvements for the team. Support the WFM team and
work with management to solve operational challenges. Minimum
Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree
preferred. 2 years of leadership experience focused on building
culture, performance and problem-solving skills. WFM scheduling
experience in a customer service environment preferred. Ability to
evaluate data to identify creative solutions to business needs.
