My client specializes in the construction of high-end and luxury commercial spaces. As a fully-integrated design/build firm, they are involved with projects from site selection to client hand-over. They are actively looking to bring someone on not only to run high-level projects, but also to mentor the next generation of construction professionals and build key client relationships in the market. Project Portfolio: luxury and high-end commercial/light commercial Project Locations: National (little to no travel for project managers) Family oriented culture Solid leadership out of top general contractors Hands off management approach Great relationships with subcontractors Strong pipeline (work signed into 2026 from repeat clients) Description Demonstrate proficiency in leading projects from sales, preconstruction, permitting, design, construction, to closeout, collaborating closely with in-house professionals. Effectively manage all financial aspects of projects. Support the Business Development team in client meetings and sales presentations. Supervise junior team members in estimating and quantity take-offs. Manage multiple projects primarily in a negotiated contract format, focusing on repeat and referred customers. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Collaborate effectively with in-house architects, interior designers, and real estate professionals to deliver turn-key services. Serve as a team leader within the organization.
