Oversee all aspects of healthcare construction projects, including
scheduling, budgeting, and resource management. Develop and
maintain project schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met and
projects are completed on time. Manage project budgets, including
tracking expenses and ensuring that projects are completed within
budget. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other
contractors to ensure that healthcare projects are completed to
specifications and in compliance with building codes and healthcare
regulations. Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure that
healthcare construction work is completed on time and to a high
standard. Manage project risks and develop contingency plans as
needed. Network and build relationships with potential clients,
architects, engineers, and other key stakeholders to identify new
business opportunities and win new work for the company. Foster a
close-knit, client-focused culture within the company, ensuring
that the needs of our clients are always met or exceeded. Profile
Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field. At
least 5 years of experience in healthcare construction project
management. Strong knowledge of healthcare construction practices,
including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and
management skills. Ability to manage multiple healthcare
construction projects simultaneously. Experience working with
subcontractors and vendors in healthcare construction. Knowledge of
OSHA regulations and healthcare regulations. Proven track record of
business development and networking in the construction industry.
