Job Description:
Job Description Job Description We are looking for a
detail-oriented and reliable HVAC Maintenance Technician to join
our maintenance team. As an HVAC Maintenance Technician at Elite
Sports Clubs, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and
repairing our HVAC systems to ensure the comfort and safety of our
members and staff. Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance
and inspections of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation,
and air conditioning units. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with
HVAC equipment and components. Repair or replace defective parts
and components to restore system functionality. Install new HVAC
systems and equipment as needed. Ensure compliance with safety
standards and regulations in all HVAC maintenance and repair
activities. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and
repairs. Collaborate with other maintenance team members to
coordinate repair and maintenance tasks. Provide excellent customer
service to members and staff by responding promptly to HVAC-related
issues and concerns. Qualifications: High school diploma or
equivalent. HVAC certification or relevant trade school training.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC Maintenance Technician.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting
techniques. Experience with commercial HVAC systems preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work
independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and
